Mangroomer vs. Alternate Hair Removal Options
Before the Mangroomer, there were three hair removal options -- waxing, chemicals, and laser/electrolysis. Waxing is an effective way to remove hair, but it is incredibly painful. Waxing actually rips hairs right out of their follicles, violently removing them from your body. To be perfectly frank, this product sucks. It's too powerful. When you turn it on the force alone makes you second guess putting it against your skin. I've given it a few tries now and each time it leaves red marks all over my back and burns for days. Additionally, the angle is actually awkward because you can't keep it in position, so when you hold it up and over your shoulder the latter half (with the blade) swings down against your skin. My back is pretty hairy, normally not the hairiest at the beach or the gym, but usually a close second or third. I have a lot of hair on my shoulders as well. I've used it 3 times now for my moderate back hair. I think it would work well for light to moderate hair. I don't think I would trust it for more intimate areas of my bod. Since my hair tends to lay down, a back and forth motion seemed to work best for me. It took about 15-20 minutes to do my back, shoulders, and upper arms. Fresh batteries make it work more efficiently. I wasn't impressed with the quality for the price paid. The on/off switch is flimsy and the overall quality reminded me of a cheap flashlight. ... As many have said this item is cheaply made, but it does work for me. Now by work I mean it will get my back to presentable form but it does leave a lot of stubble, so if it is date night I still have to break out the mach 3. The head of the mangroomer has a tendency to collect hair inside it and clog up, so I have had to clean it a couple of times. Overall the design makes this a nice gadget but not a necessary one.

Cunard Line has announced that its new
85,000-ton cruise ship, which is scheduled to enter service in 2008, will be
named Queen Victoria. Based in Southampton, England, the Cunard Queen Victoria will be
the second largest Cunard Queen ever built. Together with the current flagship,
Queen Elizabeth 2, and Queen Mary 2, the biggest passenger liner ever, the
Cunard fleet will include three Queens for the first time – truly the most
famous ocean liners in the world.

operate cruises to and from Southampton to the Mediterranean, the Canaries,
Northern Europe, the Caribbean, and South America. The 1,968-passenger vessel

lounge, a large Lido pool with a retractable magrodome, and 10 of the12
