Editorial Review:

Product Description:
This 72/3000 Pure Energy tank from PMI Paintball has the dependable features that any player would want. It includes Consistent Flow Technology piston, Mil-spec Belleville springs, dual safety rapture plugs for both bottle and downstream safety, mechanical guage, nickel plated brass bonnet, certified fill nipple and dual locking set screws. You should get about 800-1000 shots.

Product Description:
The 72 is one of Pure Energy’s pro level air systems. This system combines a popular bottle and the top-of-the-line Pure Energy Reactor regulator. The Pure Energy Reactor regulator has a preset output pressure set between 800-900 PSI. This air-system works great with any marker on the market, from Piranhas to Angels. Because Pure Energy Reactor regulators are now re-buildable, this system is one of the most user-friendly, screw-in air systems in paintball. On most markers you can expect to get 700-1100 shots from a full fill. The exemption for Pure Energy’s carbon fiber bottle means you only have to have it re-hydrotested every five years. With the CFT piston and a streamlined setup, this air system is both extremely consistent over the chronograph and has very little drop off as you shoot the gas out of the tank (life of the fill). These are attributes sometimes found in much more expensive air-systems packaged into a smaller, easier-to-use, screw-in system.

Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Beast of a Tank
This is honestly a beast of a tank it is very sturdy, and holds a large amount of air. it is also extremely heavy, i cannot even attach it to my ion because it will mess up the screws. with a coil however and a backpack or however you want to carry it its great! especially if you dont get free air refills or have to travel for your air.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great bottle, great store!
I ordered two of theese bottles together with two complete Tippmann Alpha Black Tactical sniperkits, and they arrived at my house less than a week after ordering.
That might not impress you all, but it sure as "some dark place" impresses Me, since i live in Norway and the whole shebang had to go through the Norweigian customsoffice.
Awesome service, I recomend Ultimate Paintball to everyone i meet!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great tank
Tank arrives in great condition. Lighter than expected when full, which was a plus. Great company to deal with. Price much cheaper than others also.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Good tank but a little large
If I had it to do over again I would have bought the smaller tank. This is not to say that the 72 tank has a problem. It works great it is just a little big and heavy compaired to the tank half the size. The thing is we refil off a scuba tank so after a few rounds we just go and fill up. There is no need for me to be concerned if I will run out. If you don't have the means of filling up after each round than the bigger tank is for you so you don't run out in the woods.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - It's big, it's heavy, and it holds alot of air.
I would only buy this beast of a tank, if I played woodsball, I put in a backpack via a remote line, and I didn't want to spend the money on a superior carbon tank. So that is what I did. I like playing paintball, alot.
